Scope of Services

Feasibility – evaluate the conceptual design requirements for the project, prepare and present concepts for preliminary review and approval.

Schematic Design – further develop the design concept.
Prepare documents including initial space plan, lighting concepts, color concepts, materials and finishes, specification of furnishings

• define interior design concept
• refine and develop plans
• identify colors, materials, finishes

Design Development and Documentation – prepare preliminary architectural plans and specifications for approval and implementation. These plans are to convey design intent only.

• furniture, fixture, and equipment plans
• finish plans and elevations
• develop estimate for overall project

Specification – describe in detail the information needed to establish budgets.

• detailed specifications
• dimensioned drawings
• manufacturer cut sheets
• material and finish samples

Purchasing – upon approval of furnishings, fixtures
And equipment , create purchase orders for any items to be purchased thru designer

• issue purchase order
• process deposit from client and any deposits to vendors
• place and track orders
• schedule delivery and installation
